i cannot tell you HOW excited i am for spring & summer! so excited. i think some people are just warm weather people and i am one of those people! jay and i are going to arkansas for a little vacation in two weeks which i am so stinkin excited about, you have no idea! it seems like i have been able to travel a couple times a year since i was 15 and it's almost like.. this wander-lust that i have (which isn't always a good thing, believe me!) the Lord has been teaching me to be content, be still, and be thankful for each and every day. i don't need to be traveling all of the time.

daily, the Lord is working in my heart...continually. i used to always quote the verse in ecclesiastes that says "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the hearts of men; yet they cannot fathom what God has done from beginning to end."  wow. so when my bills aren't payed on time...when i had to quit school and start working again...when i thought that i had my own little "plans" all worked out..He knew this? of course. and even though i might fight to have my way, or try to hold onto my plans or dreams...He makes things beautiful in His time...not always my time. i knew this...but when it really comes to play in life, and things don't go my way...i see even more that He really does know best.

ok, well..i better jump off of here (i'm at work...sshh!) and VERY hungry. for some reason, i get extremely hungry 3 times a day...like, not just craving but a hunger that i've never felt before! it's really amazing...must be a reason, right? ;)
